This policy explains how the "Baloot Calculator" app ("the App", "we") handles information. By using the App, you agree to this policy. The App is a tool for scoring the card game Baloot and does not require a name, email, or sign-in.

1) Information We Handle

• Game data (scores and names you enter): stored on your device only; it is not sent to us and we cannot see it.
• We do not collect personal data that directly identifies you (name/email/phone).
• Through ads (Google AdMob): Google and its partners may automatically collect your Advertising ID (IDFA), IP-derived approximate location, device and OS information, and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud.

2) Advertising & Third Parties

We use Google AdMob (a Google service) to display ads. Google and its partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your prior activity. For details:

3) Your Choices & Opt-Out

• iOS: We request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission; you may decline, and non-personalized ads will be shown.
• You can reset your Advertising ID or disable ad personalization in your device settings at any time.
• Opt out of Google personalized ads: adssettings.google.com

4) Legal Bases & Regions

• EEA/UK (GDPR): We rely on your consent, collected via a consent message before personalized ads, or on legitimate interests where applicable. You have rights to access, rectify, delete, object, and withdraw consent.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): You have rights to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale/sharing" of personal information for behavioral advertising. We do not sell your data for money; you can control ad options as in Section 3.

5) Data Retention

Game data stays on your device until you delete it or the App. Advertising data is retained by the service provider (Google) per its policies.

6) Children

The App is for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data and will delete it if discovered.

7) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes on this page with a revised date.
